Return and Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 60 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 60 days of the shipment date.
If the product that you receive is defective, faulty, or incorrectly described, you may return/exchange your unused product with the following conditions:
Please submit your return/exchange request to our Customer Care here with your order number, name, contact number, tracking number, and picture(s) of the product.

You may return the product to Indonesia once get approval and confirmation ( via email ) from us prior to returning the product.
Return/exchange product must be packed in the original packaging, original shipping box with the original invoice and packing slip.
We may not accept the return/exchange request if the product is already used.
The product is your responsibility until it reaches to us, the cost of returning based on a case by case. It would be better to send via courier with the tracking number.
If the product is unused, we will exchange it with a new product or process the refund.
Replacement product will be shipped once we receive your product.
In the case when a replacement product is out of stock, we will process a refund for the returned product.
The refund is processed with your original payment method.
